Conexus Engine Room Handbook

1. You should assume that everything posted in the Engine Room is confidential to the Conexus project and you must not share it externally without the permission of the person posting.
2. The Conexus project fosters inclusivity and the Engine Room is an extension of this; therefore please ensure anything you post is inclusive and open to all.
3. Please ensure all discussions are professional and polite: the Engine Room is a safe space where discussion will remain supportive and inclusive at all times.
4. At the end of each product page there is the opportunity for people to comment and discuss ideas by creating a new discussion thread or responding to an existing comment.
5. The Engine Room uses automatic translation provided by Google Translate. You should check translations with colleagues where there is any doubt about meaning or context.
6. Any downloadable documents or links to draft documents are not automatically translated. Providing translations is the choice and responsibility of each product owner.
7. Although the Engine Room is an internal space it is important to remember that data protection still applies. Sensitive or personal data or any information identifying research participants etc. must not be posted.
8. Everyone in the Conexus project is welcome to propose new products for testing in the Engine Room. Get in touch if you want to add a new product and we will help.
